Feel the Burn with this awesome 30 Minute Back and Booty Burn! You will workout with a fun booty and back themed playlist as you move through 4 circuits. You will alternate between a weight/strength training circuit and a banded burn out circuit. You will start focusing on strengthening your back, then move into working your bootay!
What you need: 2 sets of weights (1 medium set, 1 heavy set), and exercise band, a yoga mat (or soft surface), a bench or chair (modifications are provided if you don't have either)
